| What is a pass out? |
| Passouts are issued at essential trade (next to the cloakroom on the middle floor) and cost a pound and you get a neat passout band which allows you to leave and re-enter the club as many times as you like without queing. |
| What is your door policy ? |
| We have a strict policy of majority Gay and Lesbian customers. We do admit some straight people on the condition that they respect the safe gay space that is Essential. |
| Do you have an ATM cash machine? |
| We have a Cash Machine on the middle floor. So no more worries about going to the cash machine at night. |
| How can u become a member @ Essential? |
| You can now become an 'Essential vip'. Fill in an application form at Essential Trade (next to the cloakroom on the middle floor), get a member of the bar staff to sign it, then we do the rest.... a small admin charge of £12 is required. Your Essential Membership Card entitles you & a guest to queue jump any night of the year.... & reduced addmission to special event nights. |
| What happens if i loose my cloakroom ticket during the night? |
| Essentials cloakroom policy is that if you loose your ticket, you must wait until the end of the night to reclaim your property. There are no exceptions to this policy. |
